How we work

Project

We create a comprehensive interior design that includes several ideas of the interior’s functional arrangement (placement of the furniture, equipment, partition system), several options of photorealistic visualization, selection of finishing materials and fittings, and drawings. At each stage we discuss with you the proposed solutions and together we select the optimal variant.

Materials

Interior designer suggest materials appropriate to your preferences and planned budget.

Financial planning and schedules

We prepare a cost estimate of interior design which takes into account the valuation of all construction works, components made to order and prices of materials and fittings. We prepare a schedule of finishing works, together with completion dates of each step.

Supervision

Throughout the duration of the works, we oversee their compliance with the project’s details, care for their quality and ensure that deadlines are met. We inform you about the turn-key project progress and explain any problems on a daily basis.

Construction works

We order materials selected by you, store them in our warehouses and deliver to the building site when required.

Supervision

Our subcontractors provide a full range of construction works, such as walls demolition and building, electrical and plumbing installations, suspended ceilings, plastering and painting walls, wallpapering, laying and grouting of tiles, sanitary system assembly and much more.

Special services

We advise on and install alarms, air conditioning, sound systems, as well as the European Installation Bus (EIB) packages and other solutions.

In addition we make window decorations, and mount lamps, electrical fittings and bathroom accessories. We clean up before handing you the keys.
